Maintenance:

1. Before Use: Soak the felt pad dome, carbon filter, and mineral stones in water for 30 minutes.
2. Weekly: Rinse the crystal polycarbonate water bowls.
3. Monthly: Rinse the filter system with warm water (not boiling).
4. Replacement: Change the filter every six months or after 5000L of water usage.
5. Direct Sunlight: Avoid placing the unit in direct sunlight.

Cleaning:

• Wash the cartridge before first use following the installation instructions.
• If the filtration process slows, rinse the filter with warm water.
• Soak the filter and pads overnight before use.
• Keep away from direct sunlight and clean upper and lower tank with warm water every 3-4 weeks interval.
• If water flows over the middle ring, the activated carbon might be blocked; rinse with warm water. Do not use metallic scrubbers or dishwashing liquid.
