Using Method

1. Before use, ensure the product is charged. If it cannot be started, please charge it with the attached cable.
2. Put the electric heating brace on the ankle and secure it.
3. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. The controller will beep, and the default temperature will start at 50C.
4. Press the heating button once to cycle through the temperature range (40C-45C-50C-55C-60C).
5. Press the vibration button once to cycle through the three vibration levels. Press it again after the third gear to turn off the vibration function.
6. To turn off the device, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. The controller will beep, and all indicators will turn off.
